High Power Fiber Laser System

Aiscent has invented a special optical power synthesis technique that can combine many semiconductor lasers diode to produce a blue-violet laser with very high optical power. By combining many laser diodes, our ALS series lasers can provide power levels over 40 W. Our proprietary fiber combining technique and control technology enable these high power fiber lasers light sources will not experience sudden burn out or power drop even a few laser diodes fail in the system.
 
Pursuing of this technology has enable ALDI series maskless exposure system can almost image on any conventional photoresist and solder mask with unimaginable speed.
 
Non-coherence and Intensity Uniformly Distributed Laser Beam
Due to the combination of many LDs, the final output is totally non-coherent and provides the laser beam with high uniform intensity distribution. This is a very important aspect in order for the laser to illuminate the DMD surface to generate a clear and equal brightness pattern for an exposure system.
 
Highly Reliable and Stable Output
Each small laser module inside the high power laser light source is controlled and monitored independently, which will provide much better reliability and longer life time for the laser light source. Even if some LD modules fail, it will not affect other LD working condition or decrease the output level. Instead, the laser control unit will automatically adjust the current applied to each LD to increase output to achieve the desire output power.
 
Longer Life Span
The operation of the laser is instant on and instant off, there is no warming up time and no power runs through the light source when no output is require.
 
Low Maintenance Cost

This laser has low energy consumption and only require air cooling.
